Research Conference Support Program
Through the Research Conference Support Program (RCSP), the Office of the Chief Scientist & Engineer (OCSE) supports the delivery of science and technology research conferences that will be held in NSW from February – December 2027.
This competitive, open grant program aims to strengthen the NSW research and innovation ecosystem by enabling connections, knowledge exchange and collaboration through support for conferences aligned to NSW priorities.
Applications will be assessed against the assessment criteria by an Assessment Panel, which will put forward recommendations to the Minister for Innovation, Science and Technology, as the final decision maker.

Previous Funding
OCSE previously provided support to the following research conferences held in NSW through the Conference Sponsorship Program (CSP). The RCSP replaces the CSP following a redesign process that took place in 2026.
